1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", or "your") and RichBid Ltd. ("RichBid", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Malta (Company Registration Number C-XXXXX), licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under license number MGA/B2C/XXX/2019. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any of our services at richbid.net (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members.

2. Eligibility

To use RichBid, you must: Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We verify age during registration and reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Legal Jurisdiction: Be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. Single Account: Maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. Accurate Information: Provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and keep it updated. Own Funds: Use only your own money to fund your account. You must not use funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means. We reserve the right to refuse registration, close accounts, or void bets if any eligibility criteria are not met.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Registration: To play for real money, you must create an account by providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Verification (KYC): We are required by law to verify your identity. You may be asked to provide: - Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, national ID) - Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months) - Proof of payment method (card photo, e-wallet screenshot) Verification Timing: We may request verification at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time during your membership. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. RichBid will never ask for your password. Enable two-factor authentication for additional security. Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you, subject to withdrawal terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other payment methods as displayed on the cashier page. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method. Deposit Processing: Most deposits are instant. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your name. Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. If the original method does not support withdrawals, an alternative will be arranged. Withdrawal Processing Times: - E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller): 0-2 hours - Credit/Debit Cards: 1-3 business days - Bank Transfers: 2-5 business days - Cryptocurrency: Within 1 hour - VIP members receive priority processing Withdrawal Limits: Standard players may withdraw up to $5,000 per day and $20,000 per month. VIP limits are higher and vary by tier. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from standard withdrawal limits. Pending Period: Withdrawals have a 24-hour pending period during which you may cancel the request. After this period, the withdrawal is processed and cannot be reversed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General Terms: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Welcome Bonus: New players receive a 100% match bonus up to $500 plus 200 free spins on their first deposit. Minimum qualifying deposit is $20. Wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount. Different games contribute differently: - Slots: 100% contribution - Table Games: 10% contribution - Live Casino: 10% contribution - Jackpot Slots: 0% contribution (unless otherwise stated) Maximum Bet: While wagering a bonus, the maximum bet is $5 (or currency equivalent). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and winnings. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of activation. Free spins must be used within 7 days. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed. Abuse Prevention: RichBid reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if bonus abuse, irregular play patterns, or coordinated bonus exploitation is detected. We may also exclude players from future promotions.

6. Games & Betting Rules

Game Fairness: All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested by eCOGRA and iTech Labs. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. Return to Player (RTP): Individual game RTP percentages are displayed within each game. Our overall platform RTP exceeds 96%. Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, all bets and payouts from the affected round are void. "Malfunction voids all pays" applies to all games. Bet Limits: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed before gameplay. Table limits for live casino games may vary by table. Game Results: Game results are determined by the game server. The outcome displayed on your device is for visual purposes only. In case of discrepancy, the server result prevails. Disconnection: If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will complete on the server. The result will be credited to your account. For live games, any placed bets remain active.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: - Use automated software, bots, or any mechanical or electronic device to manipulate gameplay - Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage - Exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage (any winnings from such exploitation will be voided) - Use the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity - Provide false information during registration or verification - Allow any other person to use your account - Use VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions - Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other players - Systematically exploit bonus offers across multiple accounts Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from RichBid.

8. Responsible Gambling

RichBid is committed to responsible gambling. We provide the following tools: Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Loss Limits: Set maximum loss limits per day, week, or month. Session Limits: Set time reminders that alert you after a specified playing duration. Self-Exclusion: You may self-exclude for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and you will not be able to register a new account. Cool-Off Period: Take a break from gambling for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. 9. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events. Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, RichBid' total liability shall not exceed the balance in your account at the time the claim arose. Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Tax Liability: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your gambling winnings in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data Collection: We collect personal data necessary to provide our services, comply with regulatory obligations, and prevent fraud. 11. Governing Law & Disputes

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Complaints: If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. ADR: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity approved by the Malta Gaming Authority. Regulatory Authority: RichBid is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority. Players may lodge complaints directly with the MGA if they believe their rights have been violated.

12. General Provisions

Amendments: We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RichBid. Language: In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
